Meet the Founder

Hi, I’m Rochelle Founder of Curate U and creator of Curate HER experiences.

I created this space for women who crave something deeper than surface-level catch-ups or one-off workshops. Curate U is a place to slow down, express, and reconnect through creativity and ritual.

Blending art therapy, energy work, and intentional experiences, I guide women to feel more connected, inspired, and aligned within themselves.

This isn’t just what I do, I have curated the space I wish existed.
